The Performance Enhancement Programme is designed to cater for business unit leaders, management staff/executives who have performance related issues or are non-performing. This is an intensive 3-months duration programme & the key competency model mirrored in the four leadership facets will be used to ignite a self-discovery mode – Thought Leadership, Personal Leadership, People Leadership, and Results-Oriented Leadership.The Performance Enhancement Programme is designed to cater for business unit leaders, management staff/executives who have performance related issues or are non-performing.
