The Follow-Up and Integration Track (FIT) Programme
The FIT Programme is designed for function heads or general managers transiting to executive management roles. The aim of this programme is to build your leadership identity and the skills required to succeed in the change from management to a leadership role with a focus on leading through visioning; building a high-performance culture; steering complex decision-making processes; understanding the role of the board; and building external recognition and reputation. Duration:
- – 3 days in the first for pre-work/group simulations (can be residential).
- – Follow up programme: a minimum of three and mmaximum of six one-on-one sessions with the leadership coach within a span of six months.
